My name is Brenton Piper, and I’m a proud Derry local, first responder, and commissioned Notary Public. I started First Due Signature Services with one goal: to provide dependable, professional, and convenient mobile notary and loan signing services to the community I call home.

As a first responder, I understand the importance of preparation, attention to detail, and showing up when people need you. I bring those same values to every appointment, treating each client with professionalism, care, and respect.

Life doesn’t always operate on a nine-to-five schedule. That’s why I offer flexible after-hours and weekend appointments to fit your busy life. Whether you need a general document notarized or assistance with a loan signing, I strive to make the process smooth and convenient.
